Synopsis:

The hydraulic oscillator/drilling motor comprehensive test bench is a set of bench-type equipment designed for downhole hydraulic oscillator and drilling motor performance evaluation. It accurately simulates different working conditions downhole through controlled circulating liquid step loading, real-time monitoring and recording of key parameters, such as oscillation frequency, amplitude, and force, and automatically generates the oscillating force-flow rate-frequency curve and a complete test report. Frequency curve and complete test report are automatically generated. The system adopts PLC+HMI intelligent control, realizing one-button operation of flow adjustment, data acquisition and report output; meanwhile, it is equipped with overpressure, over-temperature and leakage interlock protection to ensure safe and reliable testing. Its modular design facilitates transportation and on-site installation, and it can be adapted to mainstream 1 ⅞″ to 6 ¾″ specification tools. It has been used by many drilling tool manufacturers and oil service companies for R&D validation, factory inspection, and on-site troubleshooting, which significantly improves the testing efficiency and provides accurate performance benchmarks for operations.
